POZZETTI COSTA NOVA  - Inspired by the Costa Nova on the coastline of the Ria de Aveiro in Portugal. The ex-libris of this beach are the "palheiros" - houses with interspersed vertical or horizontal lists, former warehouses of fishing materials, or sardine salting warehouses, now converted into bathing residences. These lists served as inspiration for the overall design of the new POZZETTI by TENSAI ice cream display cases.

POZZETTI SBERBETH  - The origin of ice cream is unclear and there are several versions: some say it comes from the Arabs and the Chinese, but it was the Arabs who brought it to Europe. In the old days, ice cream was called "Sberbeth", meaning "Sweet Snow" in Arabic, which gave rise to the current word "Ice Cream". It's an icy drink made by mixing snow with honey and fruit juices and was the inspiration for our POZZETTI SBERBETH - ready to serve anywhere in the world!

POZZETTI DOME FUJI  - Dome Fuji, a Japanese station located on the eastern Antarctic plateau. Near these dark structures is a ridge with depressions that can reach temperatures of -92 degrees Celsius. NASA has officially declared this to be the coldest place on the planet. The new POZZETTI DOME FUJI incorporates the icy air of this place into its design in line with our "battle cry": TENSAI - your choice in successful cooling!

BANANA POZZETTI  - Paying homage to the banana split, a dessert based on ice cream and bananas is one of the most iconic on the menu of ice cream parlors around the world. The color doesn't deceive or leave any doubts, with our POZZETTI BANANA!

POZZETTI PISTACCHIO  - naturally combines the colors of this fruit, with the brownish hue of the shell and the traditional pistachio color. This is a sought-after fruit that is the delight of many ice creams.

POZZETTI MARSHMALLOW  - Marshmallows, a popular choice with children and adults alike, are enjoyed with or without accompaniments. Charm, playfulness, lightness, delicacy, love, innocence, health, happiness, satisfaction, romanticism, femininity all present in our POZZETTI MARSHMALLOW and the imaginary world of ice cream!

POZZETTI LEMON MINT  - A real explosion of flavor, a silky smooth frozen treat. Simple to make, the LEMON MINT flavor is incredibly refreshing. This is our POZZETTI, the refreshing and delicious LEMON MINT. No one is indifferent to its colors!

ARTISAN POZZETTI  - A tribute to the artisan tradition of ice cream with natural products and a glimpse of the industrial touch. POZZETTI ARTIGIANALE combines the best of both worlds! The soul of a TENSAI industrial manufacturer and decades of expertise in the world of ice cream.

IN ADDITION: PROFESSIONAL QUALITY AND INTENSIVE USE TO THE MAXIMUM
Following consultation with customers and the dynamic use of this cold equipment, synergies were generated in the various TENSAI departments to develop an anti-shock platform for ice cream cabinets in particular.
