Extreme quality testing of one of our equipment at random (ICE-CREAM SAVER).

This test is a statement of TENSAI’s commitment to its customers in the constant search for and development of innovative solutions for its products.

 

Following customer consultation and analysis in the ways in which this refrigeration equipment is used, synergies have been generated in the various TENSAI departments for the development of an anti-shock platform.

 

This has led to the quality and robustness of the latest anti-shock platform that TENSAI uses in its equipment.

 

SPECIFIC TEST SECTION:

 

In the apparent simplicity of an anti-shock platform lies a genuine work of engineering, innovation and progress. Also, the careful selection of the materials used, combined with the level of attention to detail, bring significant improvement in the performance of this platform, in particular, and the consequent improvement of our products in general.

 

From such dedication, this new anti-shock platform is a natural outcome of a R&D and quality department seeking to present products at the highest level of design, resulting in this particular case in:

 

– increased mechanical resistance in impact situations;

– significant improvement in shock absorption capacity;

– reduced vibration and consequent reduction of the noise level of our equipment;

– protection of the remaining equipment components (e.g. compressor, motor fan, internal condenser, etc… ) ensuring full operation of the device in the most adverse or demanding situations;

– structural protection of the equipment (e.g. intact glass doors, intact chassis, external body of the equipment, etc…);

– protection of the equipment contents.

 

In summary:

 

TENSAI equipment is all duly tested in their most diverse forms, such as: dielectric strength,  refrigerant gas leaks, thermal losses and storage tests (minimizing possible hot air ingress into the cold system equipment), sound pressure levels (noise), energy consumption, mechanical tests, material resistance, thermodynamic tests, salt spray tests, structural and load tests (stress level), fluids, etc…

We stress that 100% of our products are tested for at least 2 hours and 30% are tested for 16 hour cycles!
