After our After Sales Service receives your request or call, you will be contacted so that a specialized technician will go to your home or business, for those cases where the repair is possible on location, as to effectively resolve the problem of your appliance within the shortest possible timeframe.

When requesting our assistance, it is important to identify the product, so that the support service is quick and efficient. To that extent, you will need to have your purchase receipt, the product’s serial number, the model code, purchase date and point of sale. The serial number and model code may be found on the label of your appliance.
